It's hard to put into words just how grateful I am for Neuropeak Pro and this NTEL belt. My friend Stephen Chidwick recommended this product to me a couple years ago. I'd long been someone who meditated but had shied away from breathwork as it seemed hard and overwhelming. As a guy who likes systems, I really enjoyed how the belt was paired to the app and could give me instant feedback how I was doing.
For almost 2 years now I've logged a bunch of sessions of breathwork using this product. In the mornings I do 7-10 minutes as I’m starting my day. It has reduced my stress and anxiety by orders of magnitude. I've been able to breathe so much better out of my nose and am no longer a mouth breather.
Breathing is something I thought about so rarely previously. As it pertains to poker, I used to be so often stressed in big spots. Now I am so in tune with my breath that I'm able to recognize when I'm holding it and am so dialed in when playing poker.
